Lapu Lapu

After a horrid meal at Chef Mickey's I hopped on the Monorail and stopped at the Polynesian Resort for a legendary Lapu Lapu at the Tambu lounge. The Lapu Lapu is 2 parts Myers's Dark Rum, 2 parts pineapple juice, 3 parts orange juice, 1 part sweet and sour mix, topped with 1 part Bacardi 151 rum floated on the top served in a hollowed out pineapple. Very good but very expensive. Also very strong.
